We can journey together at your own pace in a safe and supportive space. Our psychotherapy team consists of 4 therapists: Melody Yeung (RP), Kate Wong (RP), Bonnie Lam (RP) and Ariette Hung (RP-Q). We provide support to children, youth, and adults through both individual and family therapy.
Our therapists integrate a variety of techniques, including solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, body-based, CBT and DBT. We specialize in supporting diverse clients struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, inter-generational conflicts, and many others.
Melody specializes in intergenerational relationships, anxiety, and depression. Kate works with children, youth, and parents. Bonnie supports clients with addictions recovery, PTSD, and infant loss. Ariette helps youth, young adults, and adults with emotional stressors and relationships, and now offers couple therapy to improve relationship dynamics.
