I am passionate about helping individuals and couples learn to live more fully and authentically. My practice is focused mainly on neurodiversity-affirming care, but I work with people experiencing a variety of challenges and life transitions. I aim to welcome each client with non-judgmental curiosity, warmth and authenticity. My practice is sex positive, kink positive, and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ communities and non-traditional relationship structures. I offer individual psychotherapy, couple therapy and psychodiagnostic assessments (including for ADHD and autism) in English and French.

My approach to therapy is informal and highly relational. My first priority is to create a space where you and I can be honest with ourselves and with each other, so that we may approach difficult experiences with curiosity and kindness. I combine techniques and ideas from various therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to your unique needs.

In therapy, I will gently invite you to step out of your comfort zone and hold you accountable to your values and goals.
