More and more people are getting diagnosed later in life, it is my mission to support neurodivergent people with ADHD and Autism. Being Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical world has it's challenges. It requires self compassion, understanding of oneself and the ability to navigate a world that was not designed for you. Do you require a compassionate peer to listen to your struggles? As a late diagnosis Autistic person with ADHD, I understand how hard it can be to both get a diagnosis and to navigate this largely neurotypical world. I will help you learn to accept your authentic self and deliver therapy that is specific to your needs. I do this with an integrative approach using mainly DBT and an individualized care plan.
I am currently doing online therapy only via MS Teams. Sliding scales pricing will be discussed on a case by case basis, based on need, ability to pay and insurance. Everybody deserves access to therapy. Suspected ND and self diagnosed are welcome.
