I work with individuals who are struggling with an array of mental health concerns. I have a strong background in crisis intervention, suicide intervention and prevention, as well as working with those who are experiencing a wide range of mood and anxiety related symptoms and disorders. I provide a safe and warm space for individuals to explore and challenge negative thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours. We will work together to develop attainable goals, and work toward a healthier and more meaningful life. I have excellent experience working with individuals in hospital, office and community settings.
I work one-to-one with individuals. I work from a strengths-based, and persons-centred approach. My areas of expertise include a wide range of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, stress management, and substance use. I'm trained in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
