I'm a registered social worker that provides evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples. Perhaps you are struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression or you are unhappy in your relationship. You might be avoiding difficult situations or finding ways to escape from how you are feeling. As a couple, you might be feeling stuck. Your conversations or arguments go in circles and never feel resolved. It's become difficult to communicate and you feel disconnected from each other.
As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients with a non-judgmental approach. Using evidence-based therapies we can work together to develop a plan to reach your goals in therapy. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
