Hello, I am so happy you’re here! I’m looking to provide therapy to individuals who have traumas they would like to work through, addictions they are looking to overcome, or maybe they just need somebody to talk to! Sometimes it’s hard to open up to the people in our lives, and having a third-party option to discuss life struggles can be beneficial. I’m hoping to talk to my clients who need some direction in becoming the best version of themselves. No matter where you’ve come from, you can always carry the light going forward!
I am a college graduate with a diploma as a community service worker, meaning that I am able to help you look for local resources that will help you in your journey. Counselling is part of my diploma, and I am able to offer counselling services. I’m currently enrolled at the University of Windsor for my bachelors of psychology.
My goal is to help you through any tough emotions you are experiencing. I am also here to help you find community resources that will help you in your journey. My counselling is empathy based and information based. I’m here to point you in the right direction and here to listen!
