For 20 years, my practice has involved working with families, adults, and children in mental health, government, & community settings. My interventions are informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family System, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, attachment, and solution-focused strategies during our time together.
