Are you experiencing gender, sexuality and or relationship issues and need someone to help you navigate your way through? Are you looking for some support with psychedelic integration? If yes, I can help! Over the last two decades I have worked with folks living with HIV/AIDS, women who have experienced sexual trauma, the street community, the queer community, youth and families as well as youth involved in the criminal justice system and people living with significant mental health challenges.
I draw on several modalities in my work and believe the treatment plan should be as unique as you are. I take a holistic approach and like to consider the whole picture in formulating a plan to help you move forward, keeping front and centre the unique gifts and strengths you bring to the table. You are the expert of your life!
Whether you are ready to start living a more easeful, peaceful life, or just need some help getting back in touch with your inner voice, I would love to work alongside you. Perhaps there is some historical trauma, anxiety or inner turmoil holding you back. Regardless of your starting point, I would love to support you on your healing journey.
