You have made a very big step in seeking out therapy and I want to commend you for that. Life brings us many challenges, and getting support for those is so meaningful. I strive to offer a safe, comfortable and supported environment for healing mind and body. We will work together to find a way of working that fits your unique, individual needs.
I am very passionate about helping people through prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum mental health challenges. Being a parent myself I know the challenges of this stage and I want to help support others through this time. I am informed by integrative somatics, ego state work (parts work) and am certified in EMDR trauma therapy.
It is not always easy to take the first step of asking for support, and finding the right person to support you can feel overwhelming. Please do not hesitate to contact me today with any questions or concerns you may have about beginning with counselling. You are not alone, I am here to help.
