At The Heart of Healing, I offer a compassionate & collaborative approach to empower you to (re)discover your strengths and build skills and confidence. I have supported young adults/post-secondary students, and adults. My approach is centered in finding what fits best for your unique journey, allowing space for you to be yourself and make positive changes.
I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs including: Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as self-compassion, and trauma informed practices. I am also Certified EFFT Caregiver Workshop Facilitator.
I strive to create a caring and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and comfortable to be your most authentic self. Together we can navigate difficult situations and support you in reconnecting with what brings you joy and balance in your life.
