I have been practicing as a clinical counsellor for almost 20 years. I have experience working with individuals who are hoping to make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to help you make those changes as effectively as possible. I believe individuals choose therapy when they have been unsuccessful in making changes on their own. A good therapist can both support you and guide you as you stay committed to the change process.
I specialize in working with adults (ages 19 and over). I specialize in working with mood disorders, anxiety, perfectionism and sports performance issues. I can help you build your confidence to tackle your biggest challenges.
