I believe that we all hold the capacity to overcome and move through challenges in our lives, and we don’t have to do it alone. You are the expert of your own story; I am here to support and guide you through the process. I am passionate about empowering individuals to heal, grow, build resiliency, and improve relationships with themselves and others. Seeing the amount of growth and healing that comes from therapy has continually inspired my passion in this field.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Worker with experience providing therapy for adults and adolescents in clinics, hospitals and community-based settings. My approach is based on person-centred practice, meaning that the treatment modality used is centred around what is best suited for you.
I provide a safe and confidential space to learn strategies, manage daily stressors, work through a life transition, find balance between acceptance and change, or heal unresolved wounds. The fit between client and therapist is an important part of therapy; I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so that you can decide if my services are right for you.
