Groups
DBT Skills Group
DBT is used to treat behavioural and emotional problems, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. The group covers all 4 DBT modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. Group sessions are 2 hours in length and are taught in a way that gives opportunity for discussion and practice. Group cost is $ 100.00/session. New participants are welcome at the beginning of each module depending on availability.
