Welcome! I am a Clinical Associate at Prairie Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Darek Dawda (PhD, C.Psych) and am currently completing my PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have experience working with a broad range of psychological concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, and interpersonal issues. My approach is to work collaboratively with clients, providing a supportive environment to process challenging emotions and experiences.
I use an integrative approach in sessions, incorporating cognitive-behavioural (CBT), psychodynamic, and acceptance-commitment (ACT) techniques to address each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients develop effective coping strategies so they can reach their own personal goals and regain a sense of balance in their life.
