Hello! Is worry making your life difficult? As a therapist with 20+ years of experience in supporting clients, my main area of expertise is addressing all types of anxiety including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, the anxiety related to parenting, and others. My expertise includes a focus on allergy anxiety with experience supporting the allergy community as a therapist and an allergy parent. Anxiety can be overwhelming and debilitating, but it doesn’t have to be. Using a validating approach, with a sense of humour, to explore thoughts, emotions & body sensations, visuals etc, we can get you the needed skills for peace
I am also well versed in supporting parents through the challenges they face raising their children, especially parenting children with their own mental health challenges. As a parent myself, raising two children, and through working with parents for 20 years, I know how emotional parenting can be, and want to help parents to be the parents they want to be
