Sometimes in life we can feel stuck - stuck in the way we think, the way we feel, what we do, what we don't do. It happens to all of us because we are human, and something is calling our attention to change or shift things. This can be overwhelming, saddening, frustrating, downright unpleasant. Therapy can provide the opportunity to reflect on what we're experiencing and create new ways of being - from a place of "stuckness" we can create movement.
I work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. With an eclectic use of therapeutic frameworks, my work is client-centred to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to the listed frameworks on this page, I have special interest in the healing capacities of expressive art/movement and energy therapies.
