I have been working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships and a wide range of other issues for 19 years. I have a deep passion for my work and never stopped learning. I have studied Gestalt Therapy for four years and Expressive Arts Therapy for three years, along with other different approaches and theories.
More than all of this, life has offered me the most precious lesson. It has taught me instead of seeking more knowledge outside, I already have everything I need.
