Conquer Stress & Anxiety Hypnotherapy Group

Next online support group is due to start July 8th or July 15th Mondays from 7pm - 8:3opm and runs for five weeks. Each session addresses a different aspect of Stress & Anxiety. The hypnosis portion teaches you how to master your mind and control your stress and anxiety reactions along with group discussion before and after the hypnosis. Participants receive an audio recording of each hypnosis session. Participation is $300. Insurance receipts can be requested under Counselling (or Naturopathy in Quebec).
