I use Hypnotherapy to help my clients overcome personal challenges or behavioral habits such as emotional eating, weight loss, body image issues, situational or performance anxiety, fears and phobias, and other issues that respond well to hypnotherapy. Sometimes Regression Hypnosis can help you return to a vague memory of where it all started and can help you get unblocked and move on with your life. I am approached by women all across Ontario and hypnotherapy works very well through virtual sessions. Clients receive an audio recording of the hypnosis portion of our sessions to listen to in between sessions to augment our goals.
Our work together will empower you. Whether you simply want to conquer a troublesome behavior or build your confidence in any situation, e will set a plan to change that by access the wisdom that lies hidden in your subconscious mind and help you re-create a stronger sense of self esteem and behavioral change.

Groups
Conquer Stress & Anxiety Hypnotherapy Group
Next online group is due to start July 8th or July 15th Mondays from 7pm - 8:3opm and runs for five weeks. Each session addresses a different aspect of Stress & Anxiety. The hypnosis portion teaches you how to master your mind and control your stress and anxiety reactions along with group discussion before and after the hypnosis. Participants receive an audio recording of each hypnosis session. Participation is $300. Insurance receipts can be requested under Counselling (or Naturopathy in Quebec).
