Life transitions (relationships, grief, work health and more) can shake our sense of self in many ways. I am here with you to navigate them with grace and agency. To help understand and move towards the life that you desire and the person you want to be. Alone-ness leads to suffering and together-ness leads to the ability to meet what your life asks of you. I am here with you in that process. Trauma, relationships and learning (trauma, habits, relational patterns) are key to our sense of self, and play a critical role in the therapeutic process.
Trauma, Life Transitions, Relationship/Couples therapy and Men's Work. I have been trained in both EMDR (somatic, memory reprocessing) and CPT (a more cognitive oriented approach to trauma). My primary goal is to welcome all aspects of you, to honour your dignity and self-authorship as a human being, and to nurture your trust-in-self.
I am a practicing human like you are. I care most about learning how to be a good partner, friend, parent and community member.
