Finding the right therapist can be a challenging and deeply personal journey, but I am here to support you every step of the way. My approach is grounded in empathy, utilizing an Emotion-Focused Therapy lens of practice and incorporating elements of Attachment-Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I shift my therapeutic modality based on helping meet the client's needs, ensuring a personalized approach for each individual. I am adept at supporting clients experiencing self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal relationship challenges. I welcome teenagers, adults, and elders to my practice.
My journey in this field began at Seneca College in the Social Service Worker program, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. I further honed my skills through a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions & Mental Health from Humber College, and I am currently completing my master's degree in Social Work at the University of Toronto.
