Hello, and welcome to my profile! My therapeutic approach is tailored towards helping clients navigate issues surrounding meaning, values, and neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism). With life often getting messy and complicated, making sense of our experience can seldom be easy. I focus on providing supportive and validating spaces for my clients. My approach is holistic and individualized, where I focus on integrating different techniques best to meet each client's unique needs and goals by exploring their feelings, thoughts and experiences to develop new insights and skills.
Graduating from Saint-Paul University has given me the opportunity to develop my focus on providing spiritually and philosophically integrated approaches, as well as neurodivergent-informed and male-informed care.
