I am a Nurse Practitioner, Psychotherapist experienced in providing support to individuals experiencing a variety of issues including ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, and insomnia. I have worked in family medicine for over fifteen years providing individuals with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Prior to that, I worked as a Registered Nurse for seven years in women's health.
I have knowledge managing pharmacotherapy in primary care practice, and can assist with recommendations and counselling updates to your family physician as you wish. My approach to counselling incorporates cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness and client-centred therapy.
