Hello and welcome. It takes courage and bravery to reach out. So, congratulations and thank you for providing the gift of healing for yourself. Are you struggling with the impact of trauma (sexual, physical, psychological, racial etc.), depression, anxiety and other anxiety related concerns (panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, phobias), or do you feel disconnected from what gives you purpose and meaning in life due to daily stressors and life’s challenges? Then, you are not alone, and you have come to the right place. My approach to care is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based and culturally sensitive.
I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental space that facilitates unique exploration, healing and empowerment. Using different evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I'll work in collaboration with you to develop a unique plan to help resolve presenting concerns and to improve connecting with self and all that is purposeful.
Please feel free to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Currently, I only offer virtual/digital therapy. I also offer sliding scale for a set number of clients and where applicable. I look forward to speaking and connecting with you.
