I provide services for youth and adults using gentle guidance and aspects of what is already working. A strong focus of my work is empowering younger people. As we co-create a safe and trusting relationship, I will model the empathy, encouragement, and compassion that every human deserves. At any age and stage, new learning may inspire a shift in wellness skills, coping strategies and healthy habits. My hope is that together we can explore, visualize and create meaningful steps forward.
20 years as a Special Education Teacher has led me to my truest passion; promoting emotional, mental health & wellness skills. I use a positive, integrative therapy style focusing on self-belief, mindfulness and strengths. I will support you towards the change and growth you desire using high-interest, hands-on and meaningful tools that can be used at home.
