As a therapist, my goal is to collaborate with clients to help bolster insight and self-compassion, and work together to make positive, value-directed changes.
While suffering is a universal human experience, everyone is uniquely equipped to navigate it. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches and coaching, and will tailor my approach to your needs. I will also help mobilize resources within your community to support you outside of the therapy space.
