As a therapist, I meet you where you are at as a person, and try to understand your goals, your background, and your pain. The process is meant to lead to greater interior freedom, that can reverberate out into all aspects of your life.
My practice is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, especially psychoanalysis, which emphasizes the importance of your early childhood experiences and internal world of emotions. I work with you to examine your history, patterns, and un/conscious beliefs and attitudes that lead to emotional discomfort, stasis, or crisis.
