I want to congratulate you on taking the first step toward healing. My approach as a therapist is person-centred, and I work with individuals to create a plan that is tailored to their specific needs. To ensure that I provide the best possible care, I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapy, among others. I am currently also offering EMDR therapy. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) I am under the direct supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist.
I have had the experience of working with various ages and in multiple settings, such as the foster care system, addiction centers, and in the geriatric community, where I assisted clients with dementia-related behaviours. This led me to understand the challenges that arise when our mental health, past traumas, and ongoing difficulties remain unresolved.
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their desired state of physical and emotional wellness and live a fulfilling life.
