Hi, my name is Martha and I am so pleased you have found my page. I have had the privilege of providing therapeutic support to youth, adults, parents, and families for over 25 years. And, throughout this time, I have come to recognize the invaluable importance of a warm, transparent working relationship with my clients. In my experience, we can make our way through any issue as long as there is a foundation of trust and security between us.
Over the years , I have benefitted from training in various modalities of therapy and, as such, I pull from each of these styles to tailor my approach to your specific needs. My practice seems to attract people who are seeking support in navigating: mood concerns, eating disorders, body image struggles, perfectionism, parenting concerns, and family conflict.
