My passion is supporting teenagers facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, self-harm, grief, and unhealthy relationships. Despite these struggles, youth are resilient and seek therapy to learn skills for mood improvement and personal growth. Therapy is not an easy process and it works best when you are ready and open to work collaboratively to explore emotions, are eager to challenge negative patterns, and committed to developing resilience. Ultimately, we can work together to discover ways to live a more fulfilling life, through personal growth and transformation.
In my therapeutic approach for youth, I blend evidence-based models and tailor my approach to each client. I create a safe, empathetic space for youth to explore and challenge negative thoughts, develop coping skills and improve emotional regulation and relationships. My approach focuses on collaboration and strengths to nurture resilience and foster growth.
Are you or your teen struggling to cope with life's challenges? Let's work together to find solutions and support building strategies to get you from "I can't even" to "yes I can". If you're concerned about yourself or your teen, reach out to me for compassionate and effective therapy tailored to their needs. Their journey Out of the Woods starts here!
