Adolescence is an exciting and sometimes difficult time in the young person life. As they grow and mature they develop a deeper understanding of themselves, friends, family and the world around them. In individual therapy, with adolescents, we provide a safe and relaxed environment for the young person to explore who they are. We walk with them as they strive towards the person they want to be in their journey to adulthood.
