I specialize in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and individuals living with a developmental disability. Drawing upon my experiences working in community-based and inpatient mental health services, I feel my role as a therapist is to provide a collaborative, personalized form of support that facilitates movement towards an individual's full potential. I utilize a number of techniques and therapies including Mindfulness, Trauma-informed care, Play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
