Each client is unique as are their problems. Consequently the approaches I use are tailored to the individual client. These approaches have been shown to be effective and are often based on a scientific understanding of how we, as human beings, work. The "Rewind" technique that I use to treat PTSD is gentle, rapid and does not re-traumatize the client.
