I practice person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, accommodating the individual needs of each person. I understand that everyone has their own unique needs, and I adjust my approach accordingly.
