I focus primarily on cognitive and behavioral methods (CBT) to help you learn better, more successful ways of understanding your world and moving towards your goals. My goal is for you to be able to write your best story for yourself.
I did many things in my life before I became a psychologist - I bring a lot of 'real-life' experience to our conversations. This experience helps me understand you and your situation more deeply; to assist you in finding meaning and peace wherever you are in your journey, and yet to be able to move towards those things that you most value in the future.
