I am a doctoral-level Registered Psychologist with 10 years of education and training. I specialize in working with adults and couples, and have experience with a wide range of concerns. My approach is based on creating and maintaining a calm, supportive, and safe environment in which we can work towards your goals. I believe that people have the capacity to grow and change, and the inner resources to do so. My role is to help guide clients to these inner resources, and support change that focuses on establishing more effective life strategies.
I offer a flexible and collaborative approach to working with individuals and draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to best suit each individual's/ couple's needs. These approaches are rooted in compassion and offer clients the opportunity to explore their emotions, thoughts, actions, and new ways of being.
I have a special interest in working with couples, and relationship issues. For some this may mean working to strengthen their relationship, while for others it may mean working to separate peacefully. I welcome clients from all cultures, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
