Trauma focused parenting.
This virtual group occurs weekly for 8 weeks. Caregivers learn strategies to support their children's self-regulation. Participants also gain peer support and review the 4 S's. ( safety, structure, support and supervision).

Anger Management for Children
This 6-session group provides participants with skills development in self-regulation and communication. Participants will also engage in play-based role-play experiences so they can transfer learned skills to peer relationships.
