We can all be negatively affected by life's challenges, overwhelming experiences, and hurtful events. For many, we reach a point where we cannot navigate alone, or in the same old ways. Needing help from others is in our nature as humans. Supportive counselling provides a confidential therapeutic space that is just yours. Together, we can move through the things that are blocked, painful, or frustrating - in ways that offer healing, grace and dignity.
Providing a supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate environment is the foundation of my work. I have extensive experience in helping college and university students, individuals, couples and families understand and improve their coping patterns and mental health symptoms.
It takes courage to reach out for help. Know that this is a strength. Together, we can work on ways to help overcome adversity and change how you interact with the things that stand in your way.
