Welcome! I am so glad you landed here! My approach to therapy is collaborative and is inspired by the unique challenges, strengths and stories you bring into each session. I can support you with understanding and managing your emotions, taking a look at cycles of conflict you are going through, moving from self-criticism to self-compassion, exploring values and how to live by them, and processing difficult events. My areas of interest include self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, expatriation/repatriation, body image concerns, disordered eating, and cultural and spiritual exploration.
To help you move in the direction of your goals, I draw from various therapeutic approaches supported by research. These include Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT. In my office, you can show up authentically, sit or lounge on the couch (of course!) and take the time and space you deserve to dedicate to your well-being.
