Equine Assisted Therapy is used in conjuntion with evidence based therapy. The horse often mirrors our emotions and helps us to look within.
A trauma-focused lens is used to respect that our lives are shaped by our experiences. This approch is incorporated along with CBT, DBT, or ERP for OCD, depending on client needs. A blended approach is used to meet the client were they are at. Understanding why we feel as we do and how to make changes empowers you to become your own therapist.
