As a qualifying Dance/Movement Therapist (ADTA), I work somatically with the body as a bridge to understanding emotions and internal processes, as well as using movement as an outlet for expression. Mindful (or 'bodyful') awareness is at the root of our work together. My goal is to assist you to find your most authentic self and find comfort in expressing from that place. I am a compassionate and embodied professional who works with adults, teens, and groups.
Primarily in-person, I offer therapy through a SOMATIC and embodied lens. Assisting individuals with various challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Sensory overstimulation, Depression, Anxiety, Substance use and abuse, Grief, etc... I also have experience working with polyamory and non-monogamous relationship dynamics.
