Life brings all sort of challenges, that sometimes we are not equipped to face. I invite you to contact me. I want to stir up within the strenghts you have available. As a psychotherapist, my desire is to work with people, I am open to different cultures and faith. My commitment is to foster a compassionate environment where you will feel heard, understood and supported with trauma-informed lenses. My experiences in the mental health field as a psychiatric nurse have me specialize with clientele suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, loss, perinatal grief and chronic illnesses, and family relationships.
I want to support you in exploring your circumstances, to bring back peace and harmony. With a personalized and evidence-based approach, I will tailor my interventions according to your needs and goals. I use different approaches to psychotherapy: ACT, CBT, family system, psycho-dynamic and strenght-based therapy.
I desire for you to be empowered and discover your potential, improve your relationships with others, to develop healthier ways of coping. My hope is for you to regain a better sense of autonomy and personal agency, and to live a life in harmony with your values, and spirituality.
