I'm a clinical psychologist who works in French and English with adults who struggle with a variety of difficulties. I have a particular expertise in anxiety (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder) and mood disorders such as depression. I am also especially interested in helping clients with issues of perfectionism, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and relational problems.
I was trained in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), a learning-based approach aimed at exploring the interaction between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, which I enjoy complementing with elements from mindfulness-based and acceptance-based therapies (such as self-compassion), to ultimately create a psychotherapy experience that is tailored to each client.
My goal is to help clients cultivate curiosity and compassion for themselves and their difficulties, so that they can enact change that is based on their own goals and values.
