I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, stress, chronic pain and relationships issues. I meet clients where they are, using a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach. Using modalities such as cognitive CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR and mindfulness I work alongside clients to create a safe and healing space. I strive to work with clients to find therapeutic techniques and solutions that the client is comfortable and confident with. I am honored to be a part of your journey as you learn more about yourself, heal, grow and make changes that bring you wellness.
