Feeling overwhelmed? Burnt out? Stressed about an intimate relationship? People may access counselling for a variety of reasons. I work with a clients who may be experiencing a wide variety of issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family and relationship concerns, grief, and general coping skills.
I use an eclectic approach to tailor my services to each clients with a focus on how social and cultural factors may be impacting them. I utilize techniques from existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, and client-centered therapy to build authentic connections with my clients.
