Hi, my name is Mariah. I am a passionate and energetic Social Worker (MSW, RSW), and Psychotherapist. I am here to support individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD. I have a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology. I have 7 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages in various mental health settings. My therapeutic approach is strengths-focused and holistic, drawing from both professional expertise and personal experiences.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I offer a unique perspective that blends professional expertise with lived experience. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients develop practical strategies for managing symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
