I am a bilingual counsellor, focused on helping women of all ages, through difficulties with anxiety, depression (including post-partum), parenting, relationship issues, life transitions... In addition, I am passionate about helping children and teens get equipped with tools to handle life struggles through various types of therapy such as art or play based.
