I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are looking for concrete solutions and a path forward. I am a certified trauma professional. However, my approach is also guided by my personal experiences of trauma, loss, and challenges. I have experienced counsellors that have changed my life and others that have left me feeling stuck.
It is this point of reference that guides my approach. I go beyond talk therapy with treatments that integrate nutritional psychology & neuroscience.
