I specialize in supporting children, youth, young adults, families and caregivers through challenging times. I largely focus on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I also provide therapy for individuals experiencing a sudden loss or recent life change. I am passionate about walking alongside caregivers as they navigate their child’s mental health journey and strive to share new perspectives in situations that feel hopeless.
My experience is rooted in clinical training within the medical and educational settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EFFT, and Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). Alongside private practice, I currently work as a school counsellor within a school setting.
Seeking support for yourself or your child takes courage. Once that first step is made, it can offer a strong sense of relief. I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity to support each individual’s efforts to move toward health. I offer a relational approach, one which is strengths-based and person-centred to support feeling heard and valued.
