As a Mental Health Therapist, I have found that my experience with CFS, RCSD, as well as working as a Behavioral Health Specialist as a consultant for mental health disorders in various medical clinics has allowed me to support through direct mental health therapy or with system navigation concurrently. My hope to continue to provide consistently increased measured levels of intervention success with the clients and families I serve.
I specialize treating anxiety, depression, other anxiety related disorders. I am also well versed in diagnosis and treatment of child, adolescent, and adult ADHD, PTSD and trauma as well as addressing relational issues. I have extensive experience in working collaboratively with doctors, schools and other professional community supports in providing care.
I have experience and an in-depth understanding of the challenges of providing mental health therapy in a close-knit rural setting, including the barriers this can create for people accessing mental health supports. I offer effective, safe, and confidential supports to meet your individual, family, or couples mental health and system navigation needs.
